Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• It must be in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be unworn or unused.

• It must have all original tags attached.

• It must be in its original packaging.

• You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

2. If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

• Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

🌐 Returns from Outside the European Union (Non-EU): Please note that for any returns sent from countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees incurred during the return shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Norm (thenorm.gr) bears no responsibility for these charges, and any such costs incurred by us will be deducted from your final refund amount.
